Khadi Madama
Brand & Content Lead
Khadi Madama leads brand and content at Quick-Seat. She brings decades of experience in wellness, therapy, and healthcare programs, starting her work in the 1970s. Her focus has always been practical—helping people move better, feel better, and live with more ease.
She introduced seated therapeutic yoga early on and built programs in Tai Chi and Yoga for seniors, rehab patients, and assisted living. Her work is designed for real-life needs, especially for people who require safe and simple movement.
Her programs have been used by organizations like the U.S. Navy Fleet and Family Services and healthcare institutions including St. Barnabas. She has also delivered sessions and workshops for groups like the Visiting Nurses Association and the American Pain Management Association.
Khadi has been active in speaking, advisory roles, and media. She served on wellness boards in New York and New Jersey and hosted a TV show, Yours Truly, Tai Chi, in 2017. She also received recognition from Toms River, NJ for her contribution to community wellness.
In 2018, she was invited to speak at a symposium linked with Harvard Medical School, focusing on how movement and brain function are connected.
At Quick-Seat since 2014, Khadi handles brand voice and content. She makes sure everything we communicate is clear, credible, and backed by real experience.
